Listed below are our rental rates for the Emerald Palace in US dollars. Since we commonly cater to the worldwide vacationer, we have taken the guess work out of currency conversion by including a conversion applet. We strongly recommend clicking on this now if you will be coming from another country to compare currencies with the US dollar. Since currency values change daily, these conversions rates are accurate only on the day you check them.

All reservations are subject to 13% Florida State Sales Tax.

Optional Pool/Jacuzzi Heat add $175/week or $25 a day. Pool Heat recommended for the months of September-May.

We require a deposit of $220 once the reservation is made. BALANCE IS TO BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE. A $250 refundable security payment is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • The $220 deposit is non-refundable.

For stays of less than 7 nights there is a cleaning surcharge of $85.

Due to Emerald Island Resort being so conveniently located to all of the major theme parks and voted one of the best and newest luxury resorts in the Orlando / Kissimmee area, we suggest you try and secure your dates of arrival and departure as soon as possible to prevent any hitches. (Especially if you wish to book during the High or Mid-Seasons)
